Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge

Hello Nursing Friends,

I'm relatively new to the area and found Mount Aurburn online--looks like a good place. I've had to move a lot and lived a lot of different places. Now we are "here" with my husband landing a permanent position at Hanscom, and I want to find a place to STAY (tired of moving around!!). Anyone know a bit about it? A good place to work? Also does anyone know how the ICU is (does it recover open hearts there or does it have a seperate CVICU)? Does it have a bona fide step-down unit? How are the nursing ratios on the floor? Lots of questions, but any info or response is appreciated. THANKS!! :)
