    Hi everyone,

    I think I really want to work at BMC after graduation (I will have a BSN thank goodness). Does anyone know more about their new grad hiring program? Is it impossible to get in or is there a hiring freeze? I know the job market is really tight for any hospital, so I'm trying to stay realistic and be willing to relocate. Thanks a lot for the help!

    Read the article today in the Boston Globe. BMC is a failing institution. They are currently laying off and are in a precarious situation in the coming years due to Medicaid payments. I would seek employment elsewhere.
