UMB: NET question-any geometry?

For anyone who took the NET for UMB...

Was there any geometry? I have it on some test prep but not others. I don't want to waste my time on it, if there wasn't any on the test.

Thanks again everyone!

I took the NET for UMB in March. My test didn't have any geometry on it. It didn't really go any farther than basic algebra, but for the most part it was fractions, decimals, ratios and percentages.

I broke down and bought the NET study guide because math is not my strong point, and I also noticed the slight variations in the online test preps. The study guide gives a refresher on how to do the operations like adding/subtracting fractions and conversions etc, and there are 2 practice tests in the back of the book. My test was a lot like the practice tests in the book. I had 60 questions to complete in 60 minutes, and I got a 93 (thanks to the book). I actually think I could have gotten them all right, but that time limit put a little pressure on me.

The math is pretty basic, but the study guide was a big help because I had forgotten how to do a lot of that stuff. The algebra was actually the only thing I didn't need to review since I recently completed college algebra. The book isn't cheap, and I'm sure you could review using other sources, but I did feel like what was in that book was the same type of problems that were on the test. Whichever method of review you use, time yourself when you take practice tests.
