The College Network isn't a school it is a publishing company that creates expensive study guides. They do not grant degrees. Their study guides are supposed to help you prepare for challenge exams for the LPN to BSN program at Indiana State University and CLEP tests (challenge exams for non-nursing classes).
The costs of TCN are in addition to any course, tuition, enrollment or other fees. The loan/payment plan offered by TCN is NOT a student loan but a private loan and as such is not subject to federal laws regarding interest rates, collection practices, deferments while in school, or hardship payment adjustments.
If you live in CA you are not eligible for the program they are offering as the program is no longer approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses. You can read about many of the issues in the Indiana State University Online Degree Program forum here: Indiana State University Online Nursing Degrees

Read your contract terms & conditions (most contracts have a cancellation within 3 business days) or consult with an expert in contract law. If you gave your credit card or check information contact your bank.
Or you could try the program. You must have had some confidence if you signed the contract based upon their presentation. But confirm whether or not you are actually eligible to participate in the program based upon your home address. You can always check directly with the California Board of Registered Nursing as they are the governmental entity that must approve all nursing programs and have the final say whether your program qualifies you to sit for the NCLEX and ultimately licensure as a RN.
Well the problem is that i sign in with them back in June last year, & know i recently found that they are not with CA, so i have take the program then, i don't have other choose, (( but if i take the board in Indiana state, can i still will be able to work in CA or no? Because i just finish LVN in LA, so i was planning to do RN right the way:) but. Once you attempt to enroll in the ISU component they will have an obligation to notify you of the situation. I was under the impression TCN shouldn't be enrolling those who had yet to graduate and pass the NCLEX-PN.
