Wow med surg 2 is finally over!! It really took a toll on me I lost weight, I was stressed, didn't even get to celebrate my 25th birthday because not only did I have a unit exam on my birthday on urinary the following day we had a quiz on neuro!! This was definitely the hardest class by far!! I spent hours in the library and many sleepless nights, I failed two test in that class and my grades are usually very good , needless today I did very well on my final, I studied for about a week and ended the class with an 85, there was about 5 people in my class on the boarder line of failing but thankfully everyone passed! My teacher is very, very, very tough not only is she on the nclex questioning board she supplies actual questions for the nclex pn and RN , and also tutors future nurses to pass their nclex so in a way I'm very happy to have had her but boy am I glad it's over!

I got stressed by just reading what you wrote. Lol. Congrats!

Great Job on passing med surge!!! That class is definitely not easy!!! I have friends that got A's and B's last semester and have actually failed the first 4 exams!!! It's very intense with tests every other week (if we are lucky, 3 of them we had 1 week to study). I will be very happy to get an 85 in this class when all is said and done.....like they say, in nursing school, 80 is the new A lol!!!

Congratulations! I finish Med-Surg in 3 weeks! And I can't wait! I've kept my grades high so far but the road definitely gets rocky sometimes. I can't wait to be done.

Im a student too, but unfortunately I spend hours in the library for all of my nursing classes, not just one that is ''more difficult''

I also study all throughout the semester so the final doesn't require a cram session.
