Can someone please tell me what will happen if i graduated from unaccredited LVN program. Will I be able to find a job? or how do i go by finding a job? Please help.

It would depend on the facility, but I don't think a school not being accredited affects your ability to get a job as an LPN since you will still have to pass NCLEX-PN. Nursing schools are regulated and certified by the state they are in. Accreditation comes into play for transferring credits and unless the classes you are taking are at university level and the school is NLN approved, they won't transfer unless the school has a special agreement with another school. LPN level pharmacology and A&P are not always equivalent to college level, but it entirely depends on the school.

My program was not "accredited" but was approved by the state board, meaning upon graduation I was able to sit for the N-CLEX and become licensed. I went to school in TX and out of the dozens of LPN programs only a few are actually accredited. It's never been an issue in any place I've worked. What matters is that you have a good license.

Thank you guys for the info.
