Question. If I undertake an LPN program in my current state (Nevada) can I take the NCLEX-PN in another state (Virginia) if I plan to move there after graduation anyways?

You can take the NCLEX at any location, I think what you really are asking is about licensure. Apply for a license in the state where you wish to live and work. If you have no plans of working in NV then apply for your LPN license in VA. You can take the test in NV before you move or wait to sit for the exam when you arrive in VA. You should check with VA BoN to ensure that your NV PN program meets the requirements for licensing as an LPN in VA If you have no intention of ever working in NV as an LPN, applying for a NV license will be a waste of money and time.
