Hello everyone,

I am not sure If I this is the appropriate place to post this or not. I have a pharmacology care plan on triazolam that I am trying to do. I have to come up with two nursing diagnosis. The scenario is a 68 y.o. woman, s/p hysterectomy 2 weeks ago, calls MD requesting medication to aid in sleep. She is prescribed 0.25mg 1 tab po daily #7. I have come up with risk for injury as the first diagnosis but I can't for the life of me come up with a second diagnosis. Would insomnia be appropriate for the second or no?
