Waiting for my license

Hello all, I'm a new LVN in California. I passed my state boards and submitted my application for licensure on October 12th, 2016. It's now November 28th, and I religiously check the Breeze website to see if my name and license number have popped up. but unfortunately, it has not. I've tried calling the board countless times but am always greeted by an automated voicemail that states the call volume is too high and to try again later. Right now I'm currently working as a CNA for my place of employment will not allow me to work as an LVN until i have my license, even though they know I've passed my boards. So my question is, how long as it taken anyone to receive their licenses? Because although I'm making due with my current job as a CNA, I'm eager to start working as a LVN and am really growing impatient with how slow the boards are taking with approving my license.
