    I am a LVN in tx. a Rn and I where wondering if there is training required or if it just means how many years a person has been a LVN? I have ACLS, PALS, and IV's. So I would enjoy info. if anyone has any. Thanks

    Well down here (New Orleans) when you see anything like LPN II, it is just based on experience, and number of years on the job, which of cours ealso comes with a bigger paycheck.
