Tennessee/California LVN's

What schools (private or community college) offer LVN-RN bridge programs in Tennessee that accepts a 2.7 GPA with a repeat and a (W) in Anatomy class? I know the repeat policy in the science classes are strict in California.

Just wanted to add... The community college system in Cali isn't near as competitive as the CSU system. 2.5 avg GPA in non sciences and 3.0 avg in sciences.
