Hi, there! I hope you are feeling better, and can recuperate from your illness very soon. It seems as if you've had a rough run for your money in recent weeks.
More likely than not, your boss became annoyed at you for all of the call-offs. They really have no concern as to why you're calling in sick. Rather, their main concern is keeping the place continually staffed with warm bodies. If you call in sick for whatever reason, it simply makes the job of your boss harder, because (s)he must now scramble to find another warm body to fill your shift. To be quite blunt with you, they typically do not like working with nurses who call in sick frequently, regardless of whether you were legitimately sick, because it simply creates more work for them when they must fill the resulting staffing hole.
Truthfully, the harsh reality is that your boss is less concerned with your health condition, and substantially more concerned with keeping the place staffed. Some unscrupulous bosses ideally prefer workers who will straggle into work sick, even if patients might contract your illness.
