Hi I have a question Im applying for jobs as LVN and once I'm offer the position, how do I say I want this $xx.xx amount per hour? Or do I take what they offer me?

In order for me to leave my present job... I want $xx.xx amount be good to move on. How do you deal with this or say to HR hiring manger?

I've been on three interviews and they ask me what salary are you looking for? Do I aim high or low for $xx.xx? I've been offer two jobs out three and I need to give them my answer today.

Once job PRN and $ xx.xx is great but other is full time mon-fri with benefits.

Help, new with two job offers at same time.

Thank you

I would ask for 2 dollars an hour more for than I am currently making for the m-f job. I would ask for 8-10 dollars an hour more than I am currently making for the PRN job.

It all depends on where you are looking and what you are doing (hospital work, homecare, etc). But the best way is just to ask what their rates/wages are. In fact, they should volunteer that information during the interview process. If they don't I'd steer clear.

But the general rule is, "if you dont ASK you dont GET"
