Can an LPN do Botox injections? I live in AZ and the scope of practice here says I can but it has to be under supervision of a MD.is it difficult to find a MD that will mentor me and show me the ropes of the industry?

Why would an MD employ someone to do a skill he is trained to do, when he would have to directly supervise you while you were doing it?
Not exactly worth the salary when he has to watch you while you do it! The reason the scope of RNs increased to be able to give Botox was so that MDs had more time for other more in depth procedures.

An LPN/RPN can give it alone within specialized training. I think the course is offered at most local colleges. Its 500$ in Ontario at 2 local colleges to my city.
