I found being a cna for a year has really helped me comprehend a lot of things that will give me confidence as I proceed to lpn. I already have an associate's degree plus some pre-reqs to the rn program; maybe bsn will be my next step, maybe not... I like "one step at a time" and each one of us has our own pace that makes us happy.Everyday and every shift I work I wish I had begun as a CNA, then LPN, then RN.
