    Someone gave me permission to verify if they passed the boards online. I looked it up and it showed their license#, and said Texas compact: NO. What does this mean?

    I looked under my license and it doesn't show my license number and under Texas compact it says Yes.

    He graduated from CTC, but was born in another country.

    Texas compact means that you have a license to practice in multiple states.
