Any international nurse here who got a visascreen then sought out her own job? Or did you'll all just use a recruiter? I have fulfilled all the prerequisites for a visascreen up to the time of asking

In reference to your VS (visa screen) depending on which type of of visa you are wanting, it could be benefical to get now. If you are desing a permanent resident visa (EB3 visa) to US, this can vary based off what country you were born in.
A lot of hospitals shy away from sponsorship especially , for immigrant/working visas. While there is a lot of negative comments around recruiters and agencies, find the right one can be beneficial.

For a TN visa, the purpose is to prove that your education is equivalent to an American education in the subject you studied/profession you are entering. So no point in getting it really until you have a job lead.
