Nursing Schools in Vancouver, BC!

Hey everyone,

I am in my second year of a BScN program in Toronto, ON. I am planning on transfering the rest of the program (2 years/4 semesters) to a Nursing School in Vancouver, BC. Which school is a good one? I will be living in the Stanley Park area, so it would be nice if the school is close. Have anyone done this before and what are the processes for transfering?

I am really keen on Langara College, BCIT and Kwantlen.

Any responses will help

Thank you!

Contact the college's admissions office, and ask them about transferring specifically into their nursing program from your present program. You might also want to try getting in touch with the nursing director of the specific schools you're interested in, they might be able to inform you of the process a little bit better. We got a few transfers into our nursing program, but not all of their previous courses were accepted, and they were never completely on par with where they left off. One girl had to go back a year after already completing two.
