Need help on qualifications for Candian RN

I currently work full-time in US with a H1 visa, have Canadian immigration application in process. I plan to go to nursing school part-time in US, and after I graduate, I will probably move to Canada. I need help on information on how to be a canadian RN.

1) How is the nursing job market in Canada? Is it good for a new graduate like me with no previous health care experience?

2) I heard that to be an RN in Canada requires BSN, is this just the requirement for one or a couple provinces? or for the whole country?

The problem with me is that since I have to keep my full-time job to maintain H1 visa status, I can only go to nursing school part-time, but almost all accelerated BSN programs need full-time committment. So the only options left for me is ADN or diploma. With a diploma or ADN from US, is it possible to get Canaidan RN license?

3)The ideal thing for me is to work two part-time jobs, one in Canada, one in US. Is it easy to find a par-time nursing job in border places of Canada that close to US cities like Buffalo, Detroit, Seatle.

Thanks for all your input and help.
