MOH or HOP

I applied in SRO and had my interview last week. Fortunately I passed it.

After just a week I received my letter of appointment. I applied together with friend. During tha interview they asked my specialization. I specialized in OB-DR. I have 3 years experience,just the same with my friend and other applicants. To my surprise. They were offered more than 4k riyal. And I was offered less than that. And also they assigned me in Makkah/Mecca. Which they said its a holy place for muslims. I'm christian. And the letter of appointment I had is under HOP.

My question is,why we didn't get the same salary which read is the basic salary as a nurse in saudi under govt hospital.

And which is better? MOH or HOP.

I signed the contract but I'm still thinking if I will complete the documents because I'm so confused. Please help me. Because some said HOP is better than MOH. But during my review with the forums here. Made me totally confused. Thank you and God bless
