Job placement agency

Hi,

I'm foreign educated RN willing to work in US. I already have my license. My question is there any agencies/companies that assist job placement for foreign RNs. Companies I've been reading offer a lot of help including helping me with cultural differences, settling down in a new environment, and starting living/working there. I was talking with one recruiter and she said there is companies that help me only to find a job. Called job placement. This is what I would be needing. I have family living there who would help me with other normal life challenges. I don't exactly need a company to do that. Other thing is those jobs by agency the commitment is for 2 or 3 years. I'd be ok with just 1 or less than 2. So could you please help me and give me advices if there is companies that could match with my wishes.

I would still need a work visa because they are not close family member. Not sister or a brother.

Few and far between to find a placement agency, Seems like only companies who lawyers lie to USCIS to say they can't find US workers are doing any work visa immigration now of days.

The window to come to the USA ended many years ago, back then you could probably manipulate the immigration system and move to head of the line and come to USA and work.

For some reason the people from Philippines seemed to find that path and many made it to USA to work as RN's, the rest of the world had to settle for second place and go to places like Canada and work.

As I have always said, US immigration is not fair, it the ones whom are sharp and have determination can make it to the USA
