help! direct hire or agency for newbies???

i need help! i am a RN in the phils and staying right now in singapore. i'm done with all my exams (NLE, NCLEX, IELTS) but dont have experience yet. now im confused on what to do to get a job in the US. would an agency suits me best since i dont have work experience or a direct hiring company would still be better? do you guys know any agencies or hospital who can hire a newbie?? and if hospitals would direct hire me how long will it take before i can go there to work?
