Employment after Bridging (IRON) Program

We want to hear how those who have completed the bridging program in Australia have been doing after finishing the course. Kindly share how you were able to find employment, how short/long you were able to find a sponsor, and how you are doing so far career-wise. For those who are still unable to land employment, we also want to know what your difficulties are and plans of pursuing your opportunities in Australia.

To make it long and short, for most PH'ers, it will be even tougher, as sponsorship are either very rare or non-existent, hiring preferences are leaning towards hiring those students and nurses from Ireland (it's in the above thread), more hiring amongst the local and AU citizens and even those in the priority status are unable to find their first RN job. Take your chances with your time and $$ as I think like what's happening in the States is happening in AU. There's no nursing demand for PH students or nurses in the USA until the year 2020, maybe.

Hi. Has anyone taken IRON program with Health Careers International?

What's the difference between IELTS and PTE? I was told PTE is easier.

Hope to hear from someone soon.
