CRNM/CLPNM Registration

Hello! I passed the NLE back in 2010. I have licenses for both PRC and DHA (Dubai Health Authority). I am currently processing my PR for Manitoba with the help of my family and at the same time, processing my CLPNM exam registration (as CRNM does not take applications anymore from non-Permanent Residents) as a start.

I have researched a lot about the process of LICENSE VERIFICATION in PRC but to no avail of any clear answers. I am in Dubai working as a nurse, and should verify as well, my license with the licensing body of Dubai. Here are my concerns:

1. As I am presently in Dubai, do I need to download any forms to fill out and send to PRC for the verification of my license? OR can I have my aunt process it for me in PRC? I have given her a Special Power of Attorney and an authorization letter. I wanted to know if this is sufficient.

2. Does anyone have any idea how to process VERIFICATION OF LICENSE thru DHA or Dubai Health Authority?

I've gone through the process myself for both CRNM and CLPNM application. I am here in Manitoba and I asked a representative from the Philippines to request the verification of registration from PRC. I completed all the forms here (Part 3- Licensing Authority Registration) and sent it to the Philippines along with a letter of authorization. When your Aunt goes to PRC, she will be asked to fill out a form and pay the necessary fees. It takes about a week to process. Then you may opt to have it sent to CLPNM through FedEx (inside PRC) You just have to pay an additional 1200 Php for that and PRC will arrange for your document to be sent here.
