Schools don't sponsor. They participate in the student visa program. You would have to qualify for admission, provide proof of funds to pay international student tuition rates, all fees, room& board, medical insurance and incidental life expenses for the duration of your education. Most BSN programs are highly competitive for admission and may have a waiting list or require successful completion of pre-requisite coursework before you may be considered for admission. The intent of a student visa is not for the student to stay in the US but for the student to learn then return to their home country to practice in the career educated.

The unemployment rate for new graduate nurses. is up to 47% in some areas of CA. There is NO incentive for a hospital or other facility to go through the time & expense of visa sponsorship. A new grad won't qualify for a specialist visa. Depending on your country of birth the wait for an employment based visa can be over a decade. There is no incentive for an employer to pay the visa fees and hold a job for 10+ years for an inexperienced new grad nurse when there are hundreds of US citizen and permanent resident nurses that don't require sponsorship seeking employment.
