help please asap

I am working on a project for school that's mainly graded on creativity. I am choosing to do it on endocarditis. My idea is to put red toothpaste on my fingernails (to show the symptom of hemmorhaging under the fingernails) and to do a chain of infection with a silver chain belt. Is there a way that I can make this more creative? The best project is worth five points on the next test. The Lord knows I need it. Please help. Thank you for your time.
