LPN-BSN through ISU in MD

I currently hold a LPN license in the state of VA and with my compact license work in MD. I want to further my degree, while keeping my full time day job. I'm very confused with these online degrees. Because I work in MD, can I take the LPN-RN bridge program online through Indiana State University, graduate and sit for the NCLEX in MD while maintaining my current job and become a RN without endorsing hours? I'm very confused with this whole "endorsement" segment. I believe I would have to move to MD after I graduate in order to attain a MD RN license for year until I can endorse into another state and receive a compact state license?? If anyone could please clarify, this tri-state region is extremely confusing because DC is not a compact state so if you sit there for the NCLEX you need to endorse a years worth of RN hours before you can attain a job in another state. I want to make sure this program would benefit me before I waste my $$ or else I will work part time and go to school during the day in MD. Any information would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!!
