PAX Exam

Hey there,

Has anyone taken the PAX exam for a ADN program. I took the HESI A2 and got a 92% but I am not sure if it will be close to the same because this school expects you to have taken chem, A&P 1 & 2, and microbiology. On the HESI A2 I was tested on Math, A&P, Biology, chemistry, English composition, vocab, reading comprehension. Just not sure if this one will be harder than the one I took because while the other test quizzed me on the same subjects, I was not expected to have the prereqs at that time. Anyone have any experience with it? Also, there is a book to get for studying and "The secrets to the Pax test." Are these worth it or maybe just looking again at the Kaplin and HESI books I have again. Thanks for any help.

I got in the school I applied to but they didn't want to take about $20K of the gen ed. classes I already took. They would rather I take them there for there cost, again. Turned them down. With the economy, thinking about doing the ADN and then doing the bridge to BSN when I can.
