Hi, just wanted to let u knoo I started with j Renee. And wow its been a little unorganized, I signed up for two prerequisites that were to start in June, point if the story they just started like this week. They rescheduled my classes like 4 times, I mean I really can't say its a huge problem for me because as long as I still have time to get into the Lpn program next month I'm good! But it was a tad frustrating dealing with my child's daycare...grr. but so far so good the math class looks super doable pheww and anatomy is what I expect. The teachers are all so friendly abs they're really understanding. I can't wait to finish these and begin the program! Plus the payment due dates worked out fine becausevthey changed the dates I'm not required to pay wen I was and they really don't seem to be on my back about it which I like already. The students in my class were there for the cna but I already am one, but they told me thats why the classes were delayed becaust they were finishing up their cna stuff and they had the same instructor, but they really like the school and have told me that they've had great experiences so far. So all in all I am totally looking forward to it, right now I'm glad I listened to the nurse I know and chose this school

ICI-You’ll be guaranteed to pass classes. Just know that it will in no way help pass the boards. Just as long as you can provide the money for the tuition you’re IN. (which by the way, if you have any difficulties paying they can provide a payment plan that’s negotiable even if you are late a thousand dollars, just show a w-2) Remediation is always acceptable after each quiz and unit test, even for midterm. There is no need being stressed because remediation will allow you to obtain the minimum grade for passing. Then just sign a form stating you were remediated. Remediations are easier and less difficult. The student handbook is just a formality; no part of it is reinforced or taken seriously. They have cameras in the computer room but people still share answers during tests & quizzes. The consequence claims suspension or termination but even with a grievance form no action is taken. There is always any accommodation by starting the program without having all your prereqs. During the first class of the program, you can also be taking any English, A&P, math, computer, or psych class. Attendance for class or clinicals is not mandatory. There is an attendance sheet but no make-ups are taken. You can miss a test or quiz and retake them. It’s a really laid back environment.

Just like any other student, my concern is finances and will I make it to the end and be a nurse. That is why I needed to be smart in choosing the school where i will go. Believe me, I scout and surveyed the LPn schools but what stood out for me is the Ambria College of Nursing. The cost is not low but considering other important factors such as flexible schedule, financial aid, I can choose my track whether I go slow or fast pace depending on my work schedule....I found all of these at Ambria College of Nursing. The big plus? consistent high NCLEX pass rates. That only shows the school is doing its best to serve students so we won't fail.
