I am researching Clinical Pathways for Spirituality.
Apr 6, '04I am a fourth year baccalaureate nursing student and in the midst of my final seminar course prior to graduating in May.
I am facilitating a presentation relating to Spirituality as the neglected facet of holistic care. I am wanting to access a tool for spiritual assessment to present to my colleagues, yet have had no luck in finding one anywhere in nursing journals or on the web.
If anyone could help me out...I would greatly appreciate it!

Nov 14, '04Hi
I have a book that have a "Spiritual assessment tool" in it.
The name of the book is Holistic Nursing A handbook for practice second ed printed in 1995.
This looks like a very useful tool and might be the type of thing you are looking for.
Sep 10, '05Quote from CmeyerHi Carol, I'm a pre-nursing student who has felt somewhat bound to science as my only option for nursing. I very much want to incorporate spirituality into what I do.Nick- I sent a E-mail, but if you did not get it, read this. I am in the preliminary stages of integrating spirituality and medical care within a working committee. There emphasis is a research questionaire on spiritual assessment. Hopefully this will evolve to intervention based on relaxation and response. I will fax what I have.
If you could email me what you have that would be great - email@example.com - thanks so much.
