I was wondering if anyone here has tried the Atkins diet and if so how did it work for you.

You are welcome! And, I am glad to hear that you have the books to guide you! I think you will be surprised by how different the Atkins diet is, compared to what you have heard from people who have never bothered to read it!!!

Working night shift is not so easy when you have to drink coffee and milk all night long, but I am definitely going to make the effort this time. and by the summer, I want to celebrate with a little cruise with my fam.
