Anyone on Weight Watchers?

Nurses Stress 101

Saw a few old threads on this topic, thought it was time for a new one :) Anyone doing WW right now? I've done it several times in the past and just started the online version again. I also have the app for my iPhone which is awesome. The new points calculations takes some getting used to, but overall I like it. And it WORKS!

I have to keep reminding myself that...if you follow the guidlines and stay within your points, it works! I ate a cookie and some french fries yesterday and still showed a loss on the scale, lol. All within my daily points totals and its not something I do everyday, but it really helps to know I can have treats like that within the plan. Makes it so much easier to stick with. Today I'm drinking a ton of water and sticking to mostly veggies and fruit and lean protein to make up for the splurges yesterday.

So, anyone else out there counting points? Any tips, tricks, low point favorites? WW friendly Easter plans?

Best of luck with the WW program. I am currently trying a vegan approach,

but most likely will settle with the Eat Clean diet approach with a lot of vegan

meals. That's neat that WW has an app for your phone...

Keep us posted on your progress!

How much does Weight Watchers online cost?

Thanks Jahra! I've tried vegan before too.

V-Neck, the first 3 months was $65, which you pay up front. Then after the 3rd month it is $17.95 per month. They will take it automatically from your debit/credit card.

Sounds interesting, Purple Scrubs, thanks! I'm a big fan of SELF magazine, and I'm following their "Drop 10" diet/exercise plan right now. If I need some extra motivation down the road, though, sounds like WW might be a good help.
