UHM final exams schedule??

is it normal for our lecture instructors not to have a time for our final exams yet? N330 and N310 don't meet at regular times so they don't have a standard final exam time. i've been asking my instructor for a date/time so I can let work know and figure out my schedule for finals...

she states:

"the University will distribute final examination schedule to the Department. I have not heard anything or receive any email regarding final examination yet."

finals are less than a month away... can any other UHM students give some insight as to if it's always like this? i don't understand why the final exam times wouldn't be set from the beginning of the semester like every other department.
