Triage nurse or surgical nurse?

I'm a freshman in college working for my BSN and I've been thinking about triage or surgical nursing. I want to work as close as I can towards the soldiers and I enjoyed the triage at a hospital, but I'm not sure if the Navy has a triage section. If there is, can someone tell me? Is there anything close to triage nursing in the Navy? Better yet, which nursing job allows me to work closely with the soldiers? Thank you very much for reading my post!

Triage in hospitals is done in the Emergency Dept. Triage in the field is done at the scene of a disaster.

Right now, there is absolutely no reason to pick an area where you wish to work later on, you have so many things ahead of you to see and do and learn. Concentrate on getting thru your program, and you will find what you want to do................

I actually worked at a triage center at Mass General over vacation and I worked at an ER at another hospital, as well as a post-surgical ward at the same hospital while I was in high school. I have thought about other types of nursing. I did have questions to other nursing jobs, as well, because there is such a huge variety and the two I mentioned above were just jobs to think about. Could you tell me more about the following jobs if you can: clincial nursing, nurse practitioner, nurse recruiter, nurse administrator, and health nurse.
