Hi , I have been searching for civilian RN jobs in the military. I have not had much luck. Does anyone know a good resource ? Any comments would be appreciated. Thank You!
The individual base websites list open positions of all kinds and indicate whether civilians can apply. I live near Scott AFB and have a number of friends who are retired military now working as contractors at the base.
They tell me that if a retired military applies for the same job as a civilian, the ex-mil will get that job every time.
here is the AF's website for civilian RN jobs that they have posted.

Here is the US govt's website for jobs. You can do a search for jobs in the medical field and it will bring up RN positions for military installations. Hope this helps.
Here is the US Army's civilian employment website.
Here is the US Navy's civilian employment website.
