Okay,

I hope that this will get some funny responses, as well as some serious ones. If for one day, you got to sit in the ivory tower, what would you change. And you have a blank check as well to do whatever you want to do with it. Remember, it's for one day, so dream big.:nono:

OK, I'll bite, since I am in administration but don't get to decide how much my staff is paid.:o

SOOOOOOOO.........I would start my caregivers at $12 an hour depending on experience (they currently get $8.76), my medication assistants/shift supervisors at $14-15/hr. DOE (currently $9.15), and give them merit raises for outstanding work (we get a 3% cost-of-living raise each spring, but zero incentives for good attendance or performance bonuses). I would also pay extra for CNA/CMA certification, and oh, yeah, I'd also give myself more time off each year.:lol2:
