anyone knows when Senate will confirm potential Officer candidates?

Okay, got a question to anyone out there: I have a friend who is still waiting to hear of his US Senate confirmation [he is joining the Army Nurse Corps Reserves as a 2 Lt] but he hasn't heard diddly-squat from his Army Reserves Healthcare Recruiter. He signed his paperwork way back in mid November, then ....... Nothing. I kind of told him that I didn't think he would make the April OBC but I guess anything is possible. I wish I could give him a word or two of encouragement, so any thoughts on this subject I will pass them on to him.
