Thanks to all of you who made me feel that it happens to other nurses too. I found it today in a patient chart who was transferred to another floor the day I lost them. Thanks for your help .

And what a bummer if you live some 1 hour +++ away!

But I've got y'all beat - went home with the keys on my last day of employ at the place. TWICE!!!

Just 20 minutes, but.... I change my working place in about a week to another facility where I have to drive at least 45 minutes!
