    We use SigmaCare for eMARs, eTARs, and progress notes. I can't speak to the cost but for the most part the system is great. My advice would be to see what system your local hospitals are using. As we all move to ACO's and quicker ways to share information, it would be best to be able to easily share information electronically with the hospital(s) from which you get most of your referrals.
