Calling all Geriatric Nurse Practitioners

G'day everyone!
I am an Aussie student nurse practitioner with a passion for Aged care. As currently no aged care nurse practitioners exist in Australia (yet!) I am keen to find out about the positions you are doing as GNPs. I am particularly interested in anyone who is working in Acute care or the transition between acute and community care - but please all who are in long term care - I am still interested in hearing about you guys. I would really appreciate any information and may be looking at a trip to see what you do if it is something I could implement here.
