Anyone applying to Chattahoochee Tech for the Fall 2012 ADN program?

I go to the school full time so I def know its not transcripts. But im sure the letter will be here soon. I'm super nervous though!! Good luck to everyone!

Yes, I have done all of my stuff at CTC from start to finish! It just makes you wonder because it is really early to hear any news since they projected the acceptance/rejection to be end of April...we will know by the end of the week!

got rejection letter. i applied just for the fun of it. they accepted teas score 80 and above i had 75. have a 3.7 gpa

Yes, unfortunately grade point average is not going to really have anything to do with it until they get to the final selection. It is all based on the teas score and that's what the letter stated. I think with all the applicants this year the teas cutoff will be about the same as last year. Next year's selection will be so much better because it will be fair across the board. I am so glad they are bringing back the interview and taking into account your grades. I have a 3.7 and 79 TEAS so I am on hold to next time. Good luck everyone!

Not good...I got my letter and it stated anyone with a Teas below an 80 are now out. I had a 79 and 3.7 GPA. Grades are not looked at; only the TEAS. I am sure it will come down to GPA when they get to final selection. Next year's application process will be fair across the board. It will be so much better and will take into account everything including grades and an interview if you get that far. The final Teas cutoff will probably be about like the last class. Same here. My GPA is 3.95 and only made 77 on TEAS. Im pretty bummed, but there is always next year! Good luck everyone :) That dang TEAS got me for sure!!

Wow! Really making me nervous now. I did not get an email or a letter, wonder what that could mean? Has anyone received a letter of acceptance? I did well on my TEAS but still, you never know until you get that letter. My condolences to all those who did not get it. Keep working hard and you will get your chance!

Miracle70, I too received the same letter and I agree. I have awesome grades but always, alway, score low on standardized testing (for the life of me I wish I knew why). I think the process of solely going by that one score is unjust but hey atleast the process is changing. Did you apply anywhere else?

Ok, so I called Chatt tech today and spoke to someone in the nursing department. I was told that they are sending letters out in waves as they eliminate certain scores. I was freaked out because I had not received an email or letter from the school but the woman I spoke to verified my contact information and said that if I had not heard anything yet it meant that I was still in the running! This is going to be a very loonnggg month! Good luck everyone!

I haven't heard anything at all. No letters or email. I have my fingers crossed for us all. It took a lot of hard work for us all to get here and I am just curious as to what the acceptance score ranges are.
