I feel I need to improve my:

I need to work on my time management, I have always been a slow worker even in my days of being a CNA. I am very thorough and detail orientated, just need to be more efficient.

I need to work on my organization, keeping track of 3-5 patients is difficult for me at the moment. I have a "brain sheet" that I like, I just need to refine it more and USE IT. Haha. Does no good crumpled up in my pocket!

I need to work on appropriate delegation, I am having a hard time delegating tasks because I feel bad for having someone else do tasks for me, or I do not trust them. For example I always want to do vital signs and blood sugars but I need to learn to let those things go to the aide.

I need to work on identifying priorities faster. Both my preceptor and I will look at a chart and I will be scratching my head, and in a matter of minutes she has picked out the pertinent information.

Lots of improvements still and I am almost done :)

EKG skills. I review it, it makes sense, and then a few weeks later I completely forget it. Short QT, Proloned PR, U Wave-Argh!!! What does it mean?!
