Anyone know what this consists of? I'm struggling on what exactly I will need to learn. Can someone please help me understand this unit? I feel like I'm all over the place? I'm willing to study hard but I'm having trouble. I'm currently taking Nursing 1, I really have a passion to help people & I'm willing to take time off work to be successful this time. I just need to understand the trick's on knowing how to not go to deep into a question. I seem to overthink my question's, please help someone! I will be graduating with another degree this semester but I think I told myself id give myself another chance in Nursin. I think I have what it takes to become a wonderful nurse, so I told my self I'd try my best & if god allows me, I'll survive all the struggle's.

Specializes in Pediatrics.

Do more practice questions. Based on this very limited information on two very broad topics in an introductory course we have no other information on, I'm not sure how else you expect people to help you.

Study. Practice. Use your school's tutoring resources. Make a study group.

I do have a study group, I study supper hard & I have an idea of what its about. We just started this topic today, so actually I'm on top of it. I just want to get prepared in advance, it's just the way my school question's, similar to nclex. My school is very strict on the way they exam you, an 80% on each test. We just started on specific gravity, mucturation reflex, urinary retention, how to access patient, how to treat incontinence so on.

It is not so much about "if god allows me" as much as it is just a lot of reading and studying. Nursing school is hard work.

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.
