Tips for New Nurse Educators

I am a nursing student and I am having a research on Nursing Education, specifically about the best possible approaches of preceptors to bring out their students' best. Students are often intimidated by some preceptors, and the less satisfactory they perform. While others may be inspiring enough to let the students know it is alright to commit mistakes and one point, and that they should take it as a lesson.

In this regard, I would like to ask for your opinion regarding this matter. And if possible, i would appreciate if you can give me some links where I can find other sources.
