Texas BON Declaratory Order

Hi for those who have submitted a petition of declaratory order before for a class C misdemeanor for theft, how long/detailed does your personal statement have to be? And if you're in Houston where exactly do you go to get the documents for that? I looked up the county clerk online as per the BON's instructions, but it looks like the district clerk has that information. Is that right or am I missing something there? And what exactly is the process you have to go through to obtain those records through them? Any help is appreciated!

If it's the district clerk, then call the district clerk. other than that, we can't give legal advice, but I suggest you look up TAANA, The American Association of Nurse Attorneys, and find somebody in your area that will help you.
