    Hi for those who have submitted a petition of declaratory order before for a class C misdemeanor for theft, how long/detailed does your personal statement have to be? And if you're in Houston where exactly do you go to get the documents for that? I looked up the county clerk online as per the BON's instructions, but it looks like the district clerk has that information. Is that right or am I missing something there? And what exactly is the process you have to go through to obtain those records through them? Any help is appreciated!
