Study Tips for Fundamentals/Physical Assesment

Hey all,

I have one of my first nursing exams in a couple of day over 'fundamental' procedures (mobility, hygeine, client safety, physical assesment). A lot of it appears 'common sense' but I'm afraid I'm being too confident and overlooking the finer aspects. I've managed to make it through all of the reading (and highlighting) of our text (Potter/Perry) and am wondering what my next move should be. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Dave

ps. I'm use to using flashcards for pre-reqs but they seem to take too much time for the amount of material.

I would suggest just reviewing your Potter and Perry text and looking through your notes for the rest of the topics. When i was going through school I would just review Potter and Perry, class notes and the NCLEX text. Just relax and you'll do just fine!
