Spanish Immersion Anyone?

Hey Everyone,

I was curious about those who have gone on a Spanish Immersion trip, medical Spanish trips or basically anything where you learn medical Spanish abroad. I have looked up a couple sites that are very interesting and I'm definitely wanting to try but, I'd like some insight from others! So if anyone has any experiences they want to share please do!

Last summer I went to Guatemala on a medical mission trip. I only picked up a few new words but used a great deal of the Spanish that I knew. Not always perfect grammer but as long as communication takes place its ok. I had a great time that words can't describe and can't wait to go back.
