RN Comprehensive Predictor 2013

So after stressing:dead: myself out for over a week yesterday I took the RN Comprehensive Predictor 2013. I scored a 68% which calculated to be an 87% probability to pass the NCLEX the first time:nurse:. At my school you have three shots to make at least an 85% pass the first two tries before pinning, in which if you do not pass you do not get pinned and the last time after pinning where they will endorse you for your NCLEX exam if you score 85% or higher. Be prepared to know what patient to see first as in your getting end of shift report and you have 4 patient's with different problem which patient do you need to see first. There were ALOT of those on this test. Brush up on mental health especially schizo, there really were not a lot of medicines on this test, but do know lab values, and digoxen levels urine specific gravity, RBC's, WBC, etc. If you have done review question with ATI you may recognize some of the same question just worded a little differently. I think everyone in my class made at least 85% or higher. Just know the basics remember your ABC's Airway, breathing, Circulation and APIE Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate. Also know what you can delegate to APs and LPNs. I hope this help and good luck to those out there taking this test!!! You've Got it!!!!!

Specializes in ER.

We had to get like a 97 percent predicted or we had to do virtual ati. I scored 99 predicted and was first to finish. I think the minimum was like 80 to pass. Virtual ati sounded like a pain.

i didn't study but I'm a great test taker.

Hi carolina_mom do you still have the focused review of the A version? I just took it today and got a 70.7% which is 92% pass rate for NCLEX but our school requires us to get 95%. I'm kind of nervous now because I dont do bad on ATI this is the first time. Anything you could send me would be a great help.

Hi carolina_mom. I came across to your post while searching for posts about ati comprehensive predictor. I know this post is already one year old, but I still hope you can see my reply. I recently took the cpe and got 91% probability of passing the nclex the first time, but my school requires a 95% to pass nursing school. I took the 2010 ati cpe form C. I'm almost certain that they'll use either the 2013 or a different form for the next one. I was wondering if you can send me your focused reviews, if possible, so I can create my study guide. I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Was it repeat questions when you took it again?

The questions are different and the final has 180 questions instead of 150.

I wrote the ATI Comprehensive Predictor today and got 68.7 (89% of passing NCLEX). I need about 80, does anyone has a material t help me prepare for my second attempt?
