RN Comprehensive Predictor 2013

So after stressing:dead: myself out for over a week yesterday I took the RN Comprehensive Predictor 2013. I scored a 68% which calculated to be an 87% probability to pass the NCLEX the first time:nurse:. At my school you have three shots to make at least an 85% pass the first two tries before pinning, in which if you do not pass you do not get pinned and the last time after pinning where they will endorse you for your NCLEX exam if you score 85% or higher. Be prepared to know what patient to see first as in your getting end of shift report and you have 4 patient's with different problem which patient do you need to see first. There were ALOT of those on this test. Brush up on mental health especially schizo, there really were not a lot of medicines on this test, but do know lab values, and digoxen levels urine specific gravity, RBC's, WBC, etc. If you have done review question with ATI you may recognize some of the same question just worded a little differently. I think everyone in my class made at least 85% or higher. Just know the basics remember your ABC's Airway, breathing, Circulation and APIE Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate. Also know what you can delegate to APs and LPNs. I hope this help and good luck to those out there taking this test!!! You've Got it!!!!!

Thanks for posting this! I take my predictor in a couple of weeks so I appreciate the pinpoints of what to review! The delegation to LVPs kills me, because ATI land and LVN scope here in CA are very different. :sniff: Congratulations, and keep studying! :)[/quote'] *that was supposed to say LVNs! Oops!*

I passed mine with a 96% chance of passing! Yay!!! :)

@Carolina_mom please email me at [email protected] have some question for you to help with my studying please[/quote']don't put your email address into threads on a public forum. If you have enough posts, send the OP a PM. Or ask them here.

Okay sir

Did you take version A or B?

It didn't say

Specializes in Oncology/hematology.

I took mine and got a 97% chance. I'll take it. I would really like to go take the NCLEX tomorrow, but have that pesky final and graduation to get through first. ;)

I took both the A and B version of the test. On B I scored 85% and on A I scored 84% I did not study for the second test because it did not count toward my class so it was just basically bonus questions for me.

Carolina_mom would you PM any suggestions that you have to help pass. Our school requires that we get a 72.7 to pass and I got a 64 on the first one :( so now I'm freaking out about the second one that we have to take in three weeks. If you have any advice or anything to help guide me in the right direction to pass I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi carolina_mom, I guess I can't pm yet... so if you get an opportunity my e-mail is [email protected]

I was just curious if you had any advice for me to help pass my ATI comp B, I got a 64 and need to get a 72.7 to pass. I take it in three week and am needless to say extremely nervous and am looking for any advice as to how to ensure I pass. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
